I am trying out a new thing of making the same card but in a couple of colour ways. I want to give the cards I make to charity so hopefully this means I can make more cards and cut down on the faffing that I always end up doing when I start each card – that's the idea anyways!?
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Carfting. Lorry :o) xx
Here is the challenge sketch:
And here are my 'turned on it's side' efforts:
Ingredients
Stamps: Sentiment, Create a Cupcake from Stampin Up. Flower from Kanban Spring Garden.
BG Papers: Stripes and checks from the internet that I re-coloured in Photoshop, Purple dots I made up and the Green dots were a freebie from a magazine. Plain paper from my stash.
Dies: Nestiabilities Classic Circles and Scalloped Circles.
Punches: Word Window and Modern Label both from Stampin Up.
Embellishments: Red Ribbon and Red gems from Hobby Craft.
i love your colors and papers, thanks for sharing at a la card monkey

Great job, and I love the sketch turned sideways. Your color combos are spot on! Thanks for playing at A La Card Monkey.

Those look great! I'm glad you decided to play along with our Monkey challenge this week. I think that's a wonderfully generous idea to give your cards to charity! Kudos to you.
